Dear colleagues!
Summing up, analyzing the results of 2021 as Rector of Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs I would like to thank everyone who is involved in the life of the professional edition “Law Journal of Donbass”. The edition is modern, progressive, perspective, known among the scientific community of the country.
For 24 years of its existence the edition has really become a journal of modern scientific findings on legal issues. In 2021 122 authors from various higher education institutions, state research institutions and practical departments published their articles in the professional edition “Law Journal of Donbass”.

The edition maintains a good reputation: in 2021 All-Ukrainian public organization “Ukrainian Lawyers Association”, co-organizer of the All-Ukrainian contest “For the best legal publication” awarded our edition the third degree diploma in the category “Periodicals”; in 2021 all 4 issues were published and sent on time; in April on the eve of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the institution the front cover of the edition was updated; the rubric “Article of the Issue” was added to the content (the authors of the best article of the issue had the opportunity to publish the article free of charge); graduate students of DonSUIA were able to publish their articles in the “Law Journal of Donbass” also free of charge; the edition has a modern website, and most importantly – new authors and fans.
Congratulations to the scientific community on the publication of the issue № 4 (77) 2021 of the “Law Journal of Donbass”: 24 articles by 37 authors added to the heritage of legal science. Therefore, we confidently and purposefully form the image of the professional edition, create the current history of Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.
